You are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, and you able to refund within 30 days of the order completed.
Returns and refund terms
You should read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Refunds at any time within 30 days (including holidays) from the date of completion of the order;
(Example: A order is completed on February 5, and the refund time is from February 5 to March 6 at any time)
- Refund is not fully amount, and for every refund, any version of the product will be charged HKD 29 as an administration fee;
- After submit the "Refund Application Form" and has been accepted it, Stripe will refund to your bank immediately.
Depending on the processing time of the bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in the your bank account.

- 30-day money back guarantee, no refund will be refunded after the deadline;
- Not applicable to any additional services;
(Including: Install Service)
- After the "Refund Application Form" is completed and accepted, the refunded product will automatically delete all program files;
(Does not include: 1. Database material (MySql Data), 2. Physical file stored by the media manager)
- AutoZweb.com reserves the right to make the final decision if there is any dispute arising from the refund;

- Clicking will take you to the "Refund Application Form" page;
- Complete the refund application form and confirm the contents;
- Upon completion, a refund request email will be sent to your email address;
